TQSF series of proportion grading stone extractors

     This machine is used for extracting sandstone from grain. The extracting sieve is made of stainless steel mesh grid. It has high effcient rate of extracting sandstone. For a single machine there is a mide range of processing capacity. It can be used for choiceness of materials.

Working principle

The material flow into upper sieve through feeding hopper, under the function of sieve to-and-fro movement and up air current, material on the sieve appears automatic classification, the sandstone and clod which have bigger gravity at the underlayer of sieve surface,the kernels which have lighter gravity on the top layer. Then kernels flow to the discharge hopper along gradient sieve surface, because the function of sieve to-and-fro movement ,self-gravity and materiel . The removing stone sieve and up air current make the sandstone moving through the gather stone area and examing area. At last,stone is discharged from removing stone entrance.

Maintenance

1.    Should clean up the sieve surface every week, and keep the sieve hole un unblocked.

2.    Pay attention to use compressed air or steel brush clean up. Strictly prohibit beating, so as to avoid the sieve surface bend and deformation. If found the sieve surface has wear through place, should change it immediately.

3.    The motor bearing should fill high quality lubricanting grease every three months, and should check up each and every handle, handgrip, handwheel, and electrical appliance bolt whether or not loosing. Pay attention to screw down the vibration motor bolt.
